Salmon and Shrimp with Creamy Garlic Sauce

Salmon and Shrimp with Creamy Garlic Saucee

Ingredients:

- 2 salmon fillets
- 12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Juice of 1 lemon

Directions:

1. Season salmon fillets and shrimp with salt and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add salmon and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.

4. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking until fragrant, about 1 minute.
5. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan, simmering for 3-4 minutes, or until the sauce thickens.
6. Return salmon and shrimp to the skillet, spooning the sauce over them. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, or until heated through.
7. Garnish with parsley and drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
