Fig Burrata Dala

Summer Fig Burrata Salad 

Ingredients:
2 cups fresh arugula
4 fresh figs, halved
1 ball of burrata cheese, torn into pieces
1/4 cup walnut halves, toasted
1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions:
Prepare the Salad Base:
Arrange the arugula evenly on a large serving plate or bowl.
Add the Toppings:
2. Place the halved figs and pieces of burrata cheese over the arugula.
3. Sprinkle the toasted walnut halves and pomegranate seeds evenly over the salad.
Dress the Salad:
4. Drizzle the extra virgin olive oil and balsamic glaze over the salad.
5. Season with a pinch of salt and a few grinds of black pepper to taste.
Serve:
6. Serve immediately and enjoy this fresh, flavorful summer salad.
